How long does a project take?
Most projects (automations, funnels, landing pages and CRM setups) are delivered within 3 to 7 days. Full websites and multi-part systems take a little longer, and you'll get a clear timeline on the call.
What time zone do you work in?
I work US business hours, so you get same-day responses whether you're on the East Coast or the West Coast. Calls are scheduled in your local time zone.
How does A2P 10DLC approval work, and how long does it take?
I handle the full brand and campaign registration inside GoHighLevel, write the compliant opt-in language, and make sure your website, forms, privacy policy and terms meet carrier requirements, which are the most common reasons campaigns get rejected. Most brands are approved within a few business days; campaign vetting can take longer depending on the carriers. If you've already been rejected, I'll fix the submission and resubmit.
What access do you need?
A user invite to your GoHighLevel sub-account (admin role) is all most projects need. Depending on the scope, I may also need access to your domain DNS, email sending domain (Mailgun) or ad accounts. I never ask for your personal passwords. Everything is done through invited access that you can revoke at any time.

Yes, this is very common. I'll audit your existing workflows, pipelines and pages, keep what works, and rebuild the parts that are leaking leads. You'll get a short report of what I found and what I changed.
